Peggy Noonan:
'It was Mr. Obama who decided—rightly—to stiff Pakistan, not to tell them of the operation but to allow them to be exposed and humiliated in front of the world. Which they richly deserve. They accept our aid and hide our enemies. Every day they frighten the world with their chronic instability, their Wild West ways, their infiltrated military, their nuclear weapons. At a certain point you have to say “Enough.” Mr. Obama said it very nicely. And by the way, that silence you hear from the U.N. on charges of violating Pakistan’s sovereignty? That’s the silence of the civilized world thinking, “Good. They had it coming.”'

Yes, the UN is silent. But when the Muslim fanatics murdered dozens in India at Mumbai, slaughtered a baby and her family in Israel, or demand the end of religious and individual freedom in Europe, on practically a daily basis, the UN and Mr Obama have nothing to say. We will continue to subsidize the corrupt Pakistanis, who will provide the essential bases for the Taliban to murder civilians and US troops a few kilometres acress the Afghan border. Any criticism of Islamit extremism will be met with threats of slaughter against Christians and Jews. And the murder of Christian Copts continues, with utter silence from our Muslim appeasing President. He loves the perks of office. Of course he'd kill the pathetic Ben Laden. It's the thousands of potential killers in the US he won't touch.
My compliments to Barack Obama are measured. It is important to give him credit when credit is due.
